NOTE: Shipping times and details can be different depending on the product.

  • Processing times
      • We ship most products within 3 -5 business days of receiving order. 
      • Each piece is made to order by hand, and there is always a small chance that production may take longer.
  • Shipping methods and costs
    • USA Standard : 2-5 Days - USPS/DHL - $5.72 + $4.95/item
    • USA Priority : 1-2 Days - FedEx - $10.95 + $4.95/item
    • International Standard : 3-30 Business Days - DHL/FedEx - $9.22 + $4.95/item
    • International Priority (select countries) : 2-5 Business Days - FedEx - $18.00 + $4.95/item
    • Canada Standard : 5-10 Business Days - DHL/DDP - $9.70 + $4.95/item
    • Canada Priority : 2-5 Business Days - FedEx - $15.00 + $4.95/item
    • Asia/AU/LATAM : 5-30 Business Days - DHL - $8.47 + $4.95/item
    • Orders with consolidated shipping and multiple items may increase in price based on quantity, weight, size, carrier & location.
  • Packaging 

    • Here's how your orders are packed, ready for shipping!

      First, our products are placed into two-tone boxes, or wooden luxury boxes.

       

       

      Next, the items are placed into bubble mailers, or placed into FedEx envelopes if being shipped via FedEx.

       

       

      We use varying sizes of mailers, envelopes and boxes depending on the size of the order. The most commonly used size is the 8.5" x 11.25" bubble mailer, which is used for most single-item orders going out on standard USA or international orders.

      Our bubble envelopes range from 6" x 10" to 14.5" x 20" in size. For larger orders, we use boxes that are secured with package filler. 

      FedEx envelopes come from 12.5" x 9.5" to 15" x 12.5" in size

    • Quality Assurance - Occasionally an order might fail our QA checks and will need to be remade. If this happens, you will not be charged for the remake, but it will impact the production time.

      Typically, it will add 2 days to production.

  • International shipping details

    • Currently, the following country codes are unsupported by standard international shipping:

      • ZA - South Africa
      • IL - Israel
      • NO - Norway
      • IS - Iceland
      • IN - India
      • CH - Switzerland
      • PH - Philippines
      • BR - Brazil
      • EC - Ecuador
      • MY - Malaysia
      • CO - Colombia
      • ES - Spain
      • KW - Kuwait
      • AE - United Arab Emirates
      • TR - Turkey

      Orders for these countries will be automatically switched to Priority INTL.
